| The system will be used to provide Internet and other data services to campus buildings. The data rate will be 4 MBps using the 29 GHz LMDS band for both forward and reverse paths. Additional equipment was also provided to deliver 2 channels of FM analog video. These video channels will be used to provide instructional material to remote campus buildings. The photo on the right shows the subscriber radio unit. The photo below shows the head-end data transmitter/receiver (SSTx/Rx).
